Classifieds - Internal Item Placement: The Classifieds feature is a means of satisfying any pre-auction requirements as well as listing items so that all your departments can view and claim items. This feature is ideal for organizations requiring items be made available internally before any type of public offering. It also prevents assets from being sold when another department might have use for it.

You may list items on Classifieds for as long and as often as you like. The public can not see any items listed in the Classifieds section.

Benefits:

- Impartial, first come/first served disposition of items.
- There is no charge for posting or claiming items internally.
- Items that go unclaimed can be moved to public auction with the click of the mouse.
- The system can also be set up so that non-profit organizations can view and claim your internal items.
